Arrival, Departure & Parking
On arrival day the apartments and rooms are ready for you from 3.00pm.
Please be ready to leave your accommodation on departure day until at least 10.00am.
Right outside our house you will be able to find sufficient parking spaces. In addition you can also shelter your motorcycles at our house.
During your stay
Bed linens, hand- & bath towels, and dish towels are included in the price of your stay in the vacation apartments.
A generous breakfast buffet with homemade products awaits you in the rooms. Bed linens, hand- & bath towels are also included in the price of your stay.
For both types of accommodations, water, electricity, and heating are also included.
During your stay in a double or triple bedroom the rich breakfast buffet is included. In addition a three-course dinner as half board can be booked additionally (at 6.00pm: Soup, Main Course, Dessert – on request we are happy to provide you with vegetarian dishes).
In an apartment you are able to choose between self-catering, bread service, breakfast buffet or half board.
Yes, our guests can relax in our small wellness area, which features a sauna and an infrared cabin. Use of these facilities is available for an additional fee and by prior arrangement.
Our guests have access to a cozy garden with a sun deck, tables, and chairs, as well as a swing chair. The house also features a breakfast and lounge area, as well as a bike and ski storage room equipped with a ski boot dryer.
We ask for your understanding that Pension Waldheim is a non-smoker house.
Yes, during your summer vacation at Pension Waldheim, you’ll receive the LungauCard for free. You will be able to profit from the free entries and numerous discounts after showing your card.
The ski busstop is only a 3 minute walk from the Pension in Mauterndorf away.
We are happy to provide cribs and high chairs for free to accommodate our youngest guests.
Yes, in our apartments and bedrooms you are provided with free internet connection via WIFI.
Payment, Cancellation Policy & More
Yes, pets are welcome in our house (additional charge: €9,- per day without food).
The prices are exclusive Ortstaxe (€ 2,80 per night and per person starting at age 15; € 0,50 per night and per person starting at age 6).
The end cleaning is a one time payment of €40,- to 60,-.
Children under 2 years of age stay with us for free. Additional discounts for children are available upon request.
For a single occupancy room we charge an additional €9,- per night.
To fix your booking, we ask for a down payment. The rest of the amount we would like to ask you to pay cash.
The cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
A booking is a sales contract. If you cancel, arrive late or depart early cancellation fees will apply. Because of this reason we suggest getting a travel insurance, for example by the European travel insurance.
